Breathwork sessions are designed for those seeking emotional release, clarity, and nervous system regulation in a safe, supportive way. This work combines conscious breathing with sound and vibration to help the body and brain release stored stress and gently shift out of old patterns—without force or overwhelm.
Sessions are trauma-informed, intuitively guided, and tailored to meet you where you are. Remote sessions are available via Zoom, allowing you to receive this work from the comfort and safety of your own space.
What a session feels like
Each breathwork session is guided with care, presence, and choice. Depending on your needs in the moment, we may work with:
- Activation breathwork, to gently energize the body, support emotional release, and move through inner resistance
- Down-regulated breathwork, supported by calming sound and vibration, to soothe the nervous system, restore balance, and cultivate a sense of inner safety
There is no pressure to perform, push, or relive past experiences. Your body leads the pace.
The role of sound and vibration
Sound and vibrational tools—such as tuning forks and gentle frequencies—are woven into each session to support nervous system regulation and integration. These frequencies help the body soften, deepen awareness, and release tension and emotion naturally, allowing the breathwork experience to settle without force.
This combination of breath, sound, and vibration supports gentle neural rewiring and somatic integration—helping your system learn new patterns of safety and presence.
